Stroller Strides® »

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based workout allowing moms of all fitness levels (from first-time exerciser to skilled athlete) to exercise with their little ones in a fun-filled, friendly, and judgement-free environment. Taught by certified instructors with specialty training in pre- and post-natal fitness, each 60-minute, total-body workout incorporates power walking/running along with intervals of strength training and toning using exercise tubing, the stroller, and the environment. Songs and activities are weaved into the class in order to entertain and engage children while moms enjoy a challenging workout.


Fit4Baby (Prenatal Fitness) »

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM® classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Body Back® »

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for the mama who wants her body back! Whether you just had your baby or your last child was born 20 years ago, this program will take your fitness to the next level, and, most importantly, help you unlock your personal possibilities within a powerful and motivating environment. Unlike our stroller-based classes, this is a moms-only fitness program -- a time for you to clear your head, target your fitness and wellness goals, and focus on becoming your best self!

Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, nutritional coaching and meal planning, ongoing fitness assessments, and structured support and inspiration -- a surefire combination for success. If you are a mom who is ready for a physical and mental transformation, who needs accountability, and who is ready to see results, then this is the right program for you!

As moms ourselves, we understand that life is about finding balance and nurturing our minds and spirits as well as our bodies. Free Bi-Weekly Playdates: Our goal is to provide meaningful experiences for both mom and child. We facilitate uplifting, supportive conversation for moms and developmental activities for children that emphasize wonder, discover, and creativity.

Moms’ Mornings and Nights Out: This is a time for moms! Our goal is to provide an activity that allows moms to re-discover adult conversation and share interests and passions beyond motherhood.
